what does it matter to you guys if demos are posted?

yeah.. does it mean you can be unbeatable if you win all official games? everyone knows this is prac if it's not stated otherwise.

or is that you don't want people to see that you're just plain regular quake players, not quakegods as it might seem in official matches when you're at your best.

first of all, please youse yer own nicks, and i dont mind if anyone posts demos with me, especialy not when im shape, but thats becouse ive got a fucking bad reputation, everyone thinks im a lame 'fjortis' who likes to have a good time jerkin of in his own piss 'n shit, and yes - that is true. But i really hate ass licking rookies who makes a fanclub for anyone who posts a demo where he/she/it defeats a person who has a really bad day. I dont get mad if people posts demos like theese first, but i think it would be nice if those who post them asks first, because it will save us from stupid discussions about whos best, atleast most of the times becouse somepeople doesnt really know the difference between prac and official. gg la, smellya in sd 8I

demos should always be in the public domain imo. If "somepeople doesnt really know the difference between prac and official." then who really cares what they have to say anyway? There are still a lot of people who like to see top clans playing prac games - myself included - who dont assume that because clan X beats clan Y they must be daddelgotts and clan Y sugs the mostest kuk.

The real problem here is that QW has too many big egos worried about what other people think about them - hence all the aliasing in mix games etc. They only want to be seen when playing to the best of their ability, and I feel sorry for these people who are more concerned about how others percieve them than actually playing and enjoying the game.

Looking at this demo from dag's pov will show some great tactical moves from hf. (i got a better 'all' view from dag's pov). hf's quad-attacks is very very good, very well timed. always 2-3 rl's attacking from diffrent directions. (high-rl,big,ra)

I agree with HT and ive always believed it. I deal with huge egos everyday. Most qw players have them. Theres no privacy anymore in QW with the invention of MVD unless it's your server and its passworded :) but its a good thing imo. Demos is what keeps qw alive. No matter how bad you guys look in demos youre still 50x better than North Americans :)

must say that akke looks a bit rusty.

akke has mastered qw movement imo. guys like dag sparky, sod or jarrex are very good but akke is mr. smoooooth:) and if that doesn't convince you, know that akke is a progamer and, just so you know, pro-gamers make loads of money and are always happy and they never, ever look rusty. trust me i know about a certain na clan with just numbers like 591 or something and they taught me this wisdom. oh yeah btw progamers always shoot their sg's all the time...just so you know.

akke REALLY looks rusty in this game, maybe he left his ingame joint out. he should know that it aint possible to play good without it, thats a progamer fact... when akke played as 'progamer' he had better movement then in these demos. ;) GOGO INMATCH JOINT! (works quite well to masturbate right before the game too)
